DIY Beauty: Honey Lime Mask
I just found out a tiny beauty secret (well, it IS a secret for a beauty noob like me!) – honey and lime and hot towel.
The combo works wonder on your skin! Mix 2 – 3 spoons of honey in a bowl, squeeze lime juice into it (filter out the seeds and pulp), stir well, and spread them over your clean face, massage gently for 10 minutes.
And then, wet a clean towel with hot water and place it over your face, allowing it to rest for 15 seconds. After that, gently wipe off the mixture from your face using the towel. Proceed to clean your face with a clean towel or water.
The honey works as moisturizer (so it’s best if you can get a better quality honey), while the lime juice works as whitener and it deep cleanses.
The result is a soft, supple, glowing face! :)
